Description

Today the spirit of Giandomenico Brunello has proudly returned to “fly” in the CR42 FALCO Gin, a 45 ° artisan product, among which botanicals, in addition to the classic juniper and lemon, stand out the bay and myrtle leaves typical of the Mediterranean, and tarragon, which beautifully blends the flavors of the botanicals present.

The infusion of the botanicals takes place in agricultural alcohol produced from Italian cereals, as long as necessary so that they best express all the aromatic and organoleptic properties. At the end, the gin rests without forcing for optimal decantation, leaving it as natural as possible.

An original gin whose special ingredient is time, an element that for 180 years has identified and supported by the Brunello Distillery, together with the talent in the special dedication to finding the most appropriate botanicals, thus obtaining a balanced and unique gin.

Label and Bottle

A new and enveloping mood covers the 700 ml bottle that shows a game “I see I don’t see” thanks to the particular bottle made in the lower part in satin glass and in the upper part in transparent glass. The aviator’s myth is also enhanced by the studied label that wraps the bottle: in fact, it shows the texture of the leather, in memory of the classic pilot’s helmet.

Sensory Analysis

CR42 FALCO fascinates for its particular amber color, whose citrus fragrances of juniper and lemon are well placed alongside delicate notes of hay, honey and chamomile which are perceived in the first place; later these aromas are elevated to Mediterranean aromas thanks to the infusion of myrtle and bay leaves.
