Sensory description
Appearance: intense natural golden color.
With no artificial coloring added, the appearance may vary in color depending on the production lot. Sediment may form in the bottle: this is evidence of the true traditional craftsmanship in our products.
Smell: unique opening hints of bitter orange, rhubarb and gentian.
Taste: surprisingly balanced flavors, with a persistent bitter note.
Finish: its delicate aftertaste of rhubarb and gentian make it harmonious and bitter.

Ingredients
This drink is made according to a recipe owned by the company. Various botanicals – including rhubarb, gentian, orange peel and cinchona – are infused in 96% pure alcohol of the highest quality and of agricultural origin.
No artificial coloring.

Natural method of production
BHappy Bitter is an Italian artisan product, created thanks to the centuries-old experience of the Brunello Distillery. From the selection of herbs to the bottling, the entire production process is carried out manually on site.
