This liqueur is made from the infusion of bitter almond and “Amaretto” Liqueur in “Buongusto” (good tasting) alcohol. With an intense fragrance of almond, this liqueur is excellent as an after- meal drink and it lends itself to the local custom of “Rasentin”, to rinse the after-dinner espresso coffee cup whit it.
