ELABORATION

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and with native yeast. Once the fermentation is finished, it is macerated for at least 15 days. The aging takes place in American and French oak barrels with an average age of 2 years and it remains in them for at least 15 months. During this time, three racks are made. Once clean, the wine is bottled, remaining in the bottle before going on the market for at least 8 months.

TASTING

Bright ruby ​​red color. Clean and complex on the nose, aromas of fruit well combined with fine oak wood tones that stand out remarkably. Good structure in the mouth, balanced and tasty. With great character and long persistence. Complex and elegant aftertaste, aromas of red fruit and touches of quality wood.
