ROSADO SEMI SECO
I. VARIETALS:
50% Viura, 50% Garnacha.
II. ALCOHOL:
11,5% Vol.
III. VINEYARDS AND HARVEST:
The grapes come from the property owned vineyards located in Grávalos, on the southern slopes side of Mount Yerga at an altitude of between 700 and 800 meters. A very high located area where you obtain fresh wines with little graduation, with very fine and elegant aromas. Both the Garnacha and Viura grapes are harvested during the two first weeks of October. The collection of the grapes is done manually. By selecting the grapes, we avoid deteriorated grapes from reaching the press and the quality required to elaborate our Cavas is maintained.
IV. TASTING:
Raspberry salmon color Fine bubble that forms a small string of slow evolution. On the nose with good intensity, fresh aroma, fruity, pleasant. Flavor is fruity and rich in nuances. A delicate freshness, provided by the acidity, highlights the sweetness.
