A new project, a new challenge !

Three hectares of land adjacent to the mill were vineyards. We thought it was not logical and we made ​​a brave decision: grub screws and planting olive trees.

From spring 2012 until October 2015 we managed to grub up the vineyards to plant 4,000 olive trees and collect about 9000 kg. of olives for a production of 2,500 bottles of 0,50l of extra virgin olive oil.

The first harvest is always a unique experience!!

An oil with soft and sweet notes, strongly linked to the regional level.
