ORGANIC SWEET VINEGAR WITH BERGAMOT

The LADOLEA organic sweet vinegar with bergamot
is a unique combination of red vinegar and grape syrup
from the famous Agiorgitiko grape, flavored with
natural bergamot peels.

This vinegar is completely organic and natural,
free from any preservatives or additives such as
sulfites, coloring or sugar.

Towards the end of summer the highest quality single variety grapes
are carefully hand collected and processed in two ways.

The first is the classic red wine vilification process
being practiced for hundreds of years in the historical
wine region of Nemea.

The famous Nemea Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.)
red wine is transformed into vinegar through the natural
oxidization method.

The second process is in syrup production in which the
must of the grapes is boiled under vacuum conditions.
This very gentle process of condensation
ensures that all the aromas and nutritional values of the
grapes remain intact.

Finally, the red vinegar and grape syrup are combined
with ripe bergamot peels for up to one month producing
this superior product
